Each person or entity submitting a proposal to the Town should complete th~ COST PROPOSAL
below indicating the cost to the Town for the initial development of the }vebsite, hosting, and
hourly charges for future modification work. The Town,will consider met:IJ;ods of payment other
than a flat fee. If an alternative method of payment is proposed a detailed explanation of the
proposed method of payment should be included. The following infomiation should also be
submitted:
- Provide biographical information, including educational qualifipations, professional
experience and accomplishments, for the individuals who would be:providing services to
the Town. - Provide a list of representative clients and websites developed by th,e applicant which are
currently active and/or hosted by applicant. : - Provide any additional information that you would like the Town to consider in
connection with your Proposal.
